Maricao, Puerto Rico, at 3,000 feet above sea
level in the island's central mountain range.

THE HONEY PROCESS DIFFERENCE:
Most coffee is washed. Some is natural
processed. 787 Coffee's Supremo Roast is
honey processed — a labor-intensive method
where the outer skin of the cherry is removed
but the sweet mucilage layer is left on the
bean as it sun-dries at Hacienda Iluminada.
