The opening of our first coffee shop in 2017 was a dream realized, only to be challenged by the devastating force of Hurricane Maria. Like the broader coffee industry in Puerto Rico, we faced significant loss, including the closure of that initial shop. However, our story is one of resurgence. In November 2018, we reopened with a renewed sense of purpose: to serve not just the rich flavors of our coffee, but to brew hope, foster connection, and spark creativity in every single cup, a testament to the enduring strength of Puerto Rican spirit.
