Who Is Mr. Coquí?
Mr. Coquí is 787 Coffee’s original character — a coquí frog built for the streets, designed [CONFIRM: by ___] and launched [CONFIRM: launch date]. He’s become the symbol of our merch line and one of the most recognizable faces we’ve ever put on a product.

What the Coquí Means to Puerto Rico
The coquí — pronounced ko-KEE — is a tiny tree frog native to Puerto Rico. About 1–2 inches long. The males call out through the night: ko-KEE, ko-KEE. That sound is home.
