Buttery caramel — from the honey processing
method that leaves natural sweetness in every
bean. Dark chocolate — from the high-altitude
growing conditions that slow the cherry's
development and concentrate flavor. Bright

THE HONEY PROCESS DIFFERENCE:
Most coffee is washed. Some is natural
processed. 787 Coffee's Supremo Roast is
honey processed — a labor-intensive method
where the outer skin of the cherry is removed
but the sweet mucilage layer is left on the
bean as it sun-dries at Hacienda Iluminada.
The sugars absorb into the bean. The sweetness
becomes part of the coffee itself. You taste
